About Us

Graduate Division

We attract and assess high achieving Graduates through our Education Days. Since inception in 2005, the Graduate Division of ProForce Australia has placed over 15,000 Graduates in 1300 companies across 8 vertical markets in ANZ, ranging from small Tech Start Ups to Major International Corporates. Once a graduate is placed with a company they are then supported via our training program in their first year.

Training Division

Training plays a vital role in the development of individuals and teams. We understand the need to train professionals to maximise their potential and help their organisation achieve its goals. We have now trained over 14,000 candidates from entry level Graduates to Management.

Graduate Division

Since 2005 we have been working with, training and placing salespeople into a variety of sales roles. We work with the best sales talent from BDMs through to Sales Directors. As a business, driving Sales Performance is at the core of what we do, who we are and how we impact our candidates and clients.
