I am very grateful for all that ProGrad did for me, launching my career to what it is today. I moved to Australia from New Zealand after completing my Bachelor of Commerce studies in New Zealand and ProGrad was fundamental in helping me navigate the Australian marketplace and getting me in front of some significant global organizations. I secured a role with CSC through ProGrad which was a exceptional start for me and enabled me to put learnings from university in to practice and learn business fundamentals of a global organization. I was always fascinated with the world of investment banking and therefore wanted to work towards a finance role, in particular Investment Banking. I landed a role with BNP Paribas, in the Asset and Wealth Management team, and I believe that it was my experience and exposure at CSC that enabled me to secure this role and move into investment banking, at one of the largest European banks. During my time at BNP Paribas I was in roles across Client Management, Business Development and Marketing, and gained exposure working with some of the largest Asset Management firms in the world. After four years with BNP Paribas establishing myself in the banking industry, I then landed a role with my dream firm, JP Morgan, a firm I have always admired and wanted to work towards, but I didn't expect this opportunity to come as quickly as it did. I joined JP Morgan in the Client Management team in an Assistant Vice President role, managing both direct and global TPIM relationships across the Corporate & Investment Bank. I have now been with JP Morgan for 9 years and I have since taken over my managers role and I am now Vice President and Head of Global TPIM Relationships for the Asia Pacific Region, across the Corporate and Investment Bank. I manage a team that supports me to manage over 150 of some of the largest Global TPIM Relationships across the region, including clients such as PIMCO, Wellington Management Company, Dimensional Fund Advisors, State Street Global Asset Management, Morgan Stanley Investment Management, Lazard Asset Management, Western Asset Management, Goldman Sachs Asset Management, KKR, Amundi, Neuberger Berman, Schroders, to name a few. I am very passionate about JP Morgan and all that it stands for, and I am grateful for the opportunities that have been presented to me early in my career, which has lead to where I am today. I look back on my career proud of what I have achieved to date, forever optimistic for the future with JP Morgan, and most importantly grateful for the opportunity ProGrad gave me all those years ago, and I will never forget what ProGrad has done for me, assisting me with launching my career to where it is today.
