Mitch joined 12d Synergy via the proforce graduate program in 2017 initially as a Marketing officer and Sales Development representative. With limited access to contacts, Mitch build digital marketing assets for lead capture on the website so he could generate more in-bound leads to support his SDR work. After 2 years in this role Mitch moved to Melbourne to take over Victoria/Tasmanian sales territory as a business development manager. Riding Victoria's land development boom of the late 2010s into early 2020s. With a hi-risk client portfolio Mitch diversified his customer base into tier 1 contractors and Surveyors within the region. Mitch moved into the role of National Sales Manager in 2020 and continued to diversify the customer portfolio type. During this time COVID lockdowns occurred and with the support of CEO Mitch and the 12d Synergy sales team were able to shift their product from a data management offering to a 'work from home solution.' The business offered their solution to the industry for free for 6 months to navigate the the lockdown period - not foreseeing how long the lockdowns would last. Following this 12d Synergy experienced 3 years of exponential growth. By diversifying the client portfolio to surveying earlier, 12d Synergy had discovered their unique selling point made them the only CDE offering in the Architecture Engineering Construction services space that could offer a solution for surveying. Following the rush of Covid this allowed the company to focus on this blue ocean revenue stream and provide the platform for international expansion. Mitch moved from National Sales Manager, to Global Sales Manager (recently rebranded at VP of Growth) in 2023. Backed by mass market-share across Australia and New Zealand. 12d Synergy opened offices in Manila and London (with offices opening in USA in late 2025), and established global distribution parnterships with leading surveying tech suppliers across Europe, Middle East and North America. Targetting tier 1 contractors, civil contractors and surveying/geospatial service providers globally. Today Mitch leads a global team of sales people, digital engineering specialists and distribution partners as 12d Synergy continues to grow.
