When I first connected with ProForce and joined Stow Australia, I was looking for two things: growth and stability. I’d reached a point where I wanted to build a career I could be proud of—something that would challenge me but also support me through whatever life threw my way. Two years later, I can confidently say I found exactly that. Since joining Stow as a Sales Engineer, I’ve been fortunate to contribute over $4.1 million in sales, progressing from managing smaller markets in Melbourne’s west to taking on the role of Territory Manager for the north. I’ve learned the ins and outs of our storage solutions—everything from static pallet racking to complex automated systems—and discovered how rewarding it is to help businesses work smarter and safer. But for me, this journey has been about far more than sales figures or job titles. It’s been about personal growth, resilience, and gratitude. Over these two years, I’ve navigated some of life’s biggest moments—losing loved ones, getting married, and preparing to welcome my first child. Balancing those highs and lows with the demands of a fast-paced role hasn’t always been easy, but Stow has given me the space to learn, the trust to take on new challenges, and the stability to grow into the person I’ve always wanted to be. I often say it’s not just what I’ve given to Stow that matters, but what Stow has given to me. The company has provided an environment where I can thrive—where hard work is recognised, curiosity is encouraged, and teamwork genuinely means something. It’s taught me that success is built day by day, through showing up, staying positive, and supporting the people around you. I’m proud to be someone my teammates can rely on for a good attitude and an extra hand when it’s needed. Whether it’s helping on a project, celebrating someone’s win, or lifting the mood after a tough week, I try to make a positive impact wherever I can. I’ve learned that culture isn’t built only by leadership, but by the small, consistent actions we each take—the tone we set, the encouragement we give, and the respect we show. Looking back, I can see how far I’ve come since stepping into the industry as a ProGrad. I started as a curious newcomer trying to find my footing, and now I’m managing a key territory, contributing to major projects, and building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues. Winning this award would be an incredible honour—not just as recognition of what I’ve achieved so far, but as a celebration of the journey itself. The challenges, the growth, and the people who’ve shaped me along the way. I’m still at the beginning of my career, but I know this is just the start of something much bigger—and I’m grateful every day for the foundation ProForce and Stow helped me build.
