Since completing the in-person Proforce program in Melbourne in 2019, my career began at Metricon Homes, where I joined as a Sales Consultant with the HomeSolution team. Over five years, I immersed myself in sales—refining my communication, sharpening my strategic thinking, and mastering relationship building. I consistently exceeded targets, built long-term client trust, and became a go-to team member for support and collaboration. I was also involved with pioneering the new CRM and Clickhome programs, taking additional courses to be a point of contact when the systems were launched. This period was instrumental in shaping my professional identity and instilled in me a deep appreciation for customer-centric selling. Furthermore, in 2024, I transitioned into a Business Development Manager role with Kincaid, a property development/homebuilder. This move allowed me to apply my existing skill set in a new context while continuing to grow. I took on the challenge of identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the company’s expansion strategy. It was a fast-paced, high-stakes environment that pushed me to think bigger and act bolder. Just nine months later, I was offered the opportunity to step into a leadership role as Sales Manager B2B/B2C at Cosentino. This marked a pivotal moment in my career. In this role, I’ve been able to combine my sales expertise with a growing passion for leadership. I manage a diverse portfolio of clients, balancing relationship management, conflict resolution, and strategic account development, which I am currently doing and loving. Alongside my professional journey, I’ve committed to continuous learning. I’m currently completing a Diploma of Leadership and Management at Monash University, expected to graduate in December 2025. This program is helping me refine my leadership style, enhance my decision-making, and prepare for the next stage of my career. It’s also reinforced my belief in the power of structured development—something I first experienced through Proforce. What makes me a strong candidate for both my category and overall ProGradian is the consistency of my growth, the breadth of my experience, and my commitment to paying it forward. I’ve not only delivered results across multiple roles and industries, but I’ve also remained deeply connected to the values that launched my career. From building trust with clients to stepping into leadership, I’ve embraced every challenge as an opportunity to grow—and I’m just getting started. Being named a ProGradian would be a full-circle moment: a recognition of how far I’ve come, and a celebration of the journey that began with Proforce. More importantly, it would reaffirm my commitment to helping others rise through the same model that changed my life.
