Since coming through the ProGrad model, I’ve built a career on vision, resilience, and boldness — traits that have taken me from enterprise sales, to launching one of the world’s best bar brands in Sydney, to shaping Australia’s digital future through training and data centres, and now into creative ventures that champion culture and community. I started in technology at Gresham Tech, where I learned how to manage complex accounts and influence enterprise clients. My first entrepreneurial leap came with Employees Only Sydney, where I was Venue Manager, Licensee, and Sales & Marketing Manager. Launching one of the World’s Best Bars into Australia was no small feat — our opening campaign generated hundreds of thousands of impressions, cementing Employees Only as a cultural landmark in Sydney nightlife. From high-profile activations to unforgettable guest experiences, I helped set a new benchmark for hospitality. Following this, I became Public Relations Manager for Burrow Bar and Cash Only Diner, two of Sydney’s most innovative venues. In this role, I created branding opportunities that extended well beyond Australia — positioning the venues across Asia through collaborations, storytelling, and strategic visibility. I elevated their profiles by connecting them with global bar culture, proving that Sydney hospitality could stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best. That same energy carried me back into tech. At WFS Australia and Skedulo, I expanded into SaaS and workforce management, sharpening the solution-selling and negotiation skills I built with ProGrad. Across my eight-year sales career, I’ve influenced more than $4M in deals, consistently delivering outcomes that matched solutions with opportunity. At Bespoke Training Services, I accelerated that impact — securing over $450,000 in new sales within six months and building a $550,000 pipeline, while enabling enterprises to upskill their people in AWS and Microsoft. Today, as Partnerships Manager for FuturePlace’s Data Centre Leaders Summit 2026, I’m curating partnerships with hyperscalers, engineering firms, and advisory leaders to shape a $26B industry and position the summit as the defining forum for Australia’s data centre ecosystem. Entrepreneurship for me is also cultural. Through my DJ brands — ANNA FVNG, Anna Bae, and KAJA! — I’ve built platforms that merge artistry with entrepreneurship. With Anna Bae, I partnered with Burrow Bar and Cash Only Diner, mixing through summer activations and collaborating on campaigns that celebrated community while advocating for women in music and entertainment. These projects are about more than nightlife: they’re about giving underrepresented voices visibility and creating experiences that resonate across Sydney and Asia. The constant thread through every chapter is this: I see opportunities where others see limits. From building million-dollar sales pipelines, to bringing global bar brands to life, to championing women in music, I step into new industries, create from the ground up, and leave a mark that lasts. That’s why I believe I embody the spirit of Entrepreneur of the Year. I’m not just building ventures; I’m building futures — and I stand as a ProGradian who shows what’s possible when vision, resilience, and boldness lead the way.
