Practical career coaching provides personalised support for individuals seeking clarity, direction, and confidence in their career decisions. This one-on-one coaching program is designed to help participants explore their strengths, values, and goals while using structured tools and proven frameworks to create meaningful and actionable career outcomes.

Through individual coaching sessions, guided reflection, and practical exercises, participants will gain deeper self-awareness, identify opportunities for growth, and develop clear, realistic career plans aligned with their aspirations and capabilities.

Participants will learn to:

  • Identify strengths, values, and drivers influencing career satisfaction
  • Clarify career goals and assess current and future role fit
  • Build confidence in career and development decision-making
  • Navigate career challenges and transitions with greater clarity
  • Create practical, actionable career plans supported by structured frameworks

  • Delivery: 1:1 coaching with 5 × 1-hour individual sessions over 1 month
