Graduate Division
We attract and assess high achieving Graduates through our Education Days. Since inception in 2005, the Graduate Division of ProForce Australia has placed over 15,000 Graduates in 2400 companies across 8 vertical markets in ANZ, ranging from small Tech Start Ups to Major International Corporates. Once a graduate is placed with a company they are then supported via our training program in their first year.

Training Division
Training plays a vital role in the development of individuals and teams. We understand the need to train professionals to maximise their potential and help their organisation achieve its goals. We have now trained over 15,000 candidates from entry level Graduates to Management.

Executive Sales Recruitment
ProForce has the largest and most powerful Executive Sales Recruitment Division in Australia. Having placed over 15 000 sales professionals into 8 vertical markets over 20 years we are connected to the current market continuously to aid in the deployment of top level sales professionals for your company. Like all great Australian start ups ProForce was founded on a retired Boomers farm in Queensland in 2005 not a garage in the California. Bruce and Blair Whitehead launched a business to solve, at the time, the biggest issue facing corporate Australia; namely finding and retaining top performing sales professionals. They began assessing University Graduates through a unique assessment model which they designed to see whether they had the aptitude to make exceptional sales professionals. Only 2% of these graduates passed this process and once placed into a company they began to train them in Master Class Sales Techniques built and delivered by John Bryan who had spent his formative years running sales at IBM before retiring.
The rest as they say is history; 2400 clients across 8 vertical markets and 15 000 placed graduates.
20 years later the model has proven to be one of Australia's biggest success stories with the graduates being so successful that they have become the CEO's of today and take graduates into their own teams through ProForce; literally 'sending the elevator back down'.
The ProForce Alumni is now established as the largest and most powerful business sales and leadership network in Australia and is still run by one of its founders.

Chris is a serial founder and entrepreneur. Over the last 25 years he has built and sold several multinational corporations achieving substantial returns to their respective shareholders. He is passionate about seeing graduates achieve their career objectives and also helping companies hit their milestones both in Australia and globally through his extensive network.
Matt Pongrass
Managing Director - Mortgages
Matt runs Proforce Mortgages. He has been involved in structuring loans for both Residential & Commercial property purchases, as well as more complex Business funding & Self Managed Super Fund loans over the last 10 years. At Macquarie Bank and then at Certe, which he founded, Matt managed a portfolio of Professional service clients. Matt is a fully accredited Mortgage Broker & a member of the Mortgage and Finance Association of Australia (MFAA). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance; Sydney University.
Paul Masters
Managing Director - ProForce Advisory
Paul runs ProForce Advisory and Accounting Services. He is the managing partner of Sovereign Private as well. Established in 2014, Sovereign Private is a firm that specialises in the provision of taxation, reporting, and corporate finance. Up until June 2014, he was the tax leader and the national leader of clients & markets at Deloitte Private. He retired from the partnership as the most senior Deloitte Private Partner in Sydney. ProForce Advisory, under Paul, provides a one stop shop for tax strategy, tax compliance, financial reporting and M&A strategy.
Graduate Division
ProForce Australia offers graduates a unique interview process that helps them gain insight into the corporate world and impress future employers. Through group activities, face-to-face interviews, and direct presentations to top executives, graduates can challenge themselves and build confidence. They receive immediate feedback and attend seminars covering resume tips, first impressions, and interview techniques.
With a strong network of over 2400 global and Australian businesses, ProForce Australia connects graduates with potential employers in the corporate sales sector. Successful graduates are put forward for interviews with client partners and can secure roles like Business Development Executives, Account Executives, Marketing Executives, and Project Managers.
ProForce Australia also supports graduates in their first year of employment with ongoing training, including four professional modules designed to help them thrive in the fast-paced corporate sales environment.
